Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist

MSC bsc.h

Jeremy is a post-graduate physiotherapist (MSc. Curtin) and exercise physiologist (BSc Hons. UWA) whose special interest is designing exercise programs to both facilitate athletic performance, and improve function in people suffering from chronic pain or chronic disease. He has also trained extensively in manual therapy as a means of managing both acute and chronic pain.

Over the last decade Jeremy has worked for, and been trained by, Australia's leading Physiotherapist; Professor Peter O'Sullivan. During this time he also spent 3 years at the West Coast Eagles and was head strength and conditioning coach for Claremont Football Club when they won the WAFL premiership in 2012. Additionally he has assisted many other elite athletes, such as world champion team pursuit cyclist Sarah Kent, return to sport after long term injuries.

Jeremy's treatment approach revolves around using resistance training, aerobic conditioning and manual therapy as a means of optimising performance, improving general function and reducing pain. He is passionate about keeping abreast with current research in order to deliver the best evidence based practice to his clients. He sees patients individually both in the rooms and the gym, and runs small exercise groups for athletes and people suffering from chronic pain or other chronic health conditions including diabetes, obesity, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
